Our Refund Policy
If you are not happy with your items, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the items. At this point, we will email you a FREE PREPAID LABEL. You can attach it to any box/packaging and return the items. You have 7 business days to send the item back for a full refund once you receive the return label. Once the items are received at USPS, we will process the return and refund your balance back within 8-10 business days. If 7 business days have gone by since your purchase or of receiving the label, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, but we can offer you store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unwashed and in the same condition that you received it, which must also be in the original packaging as well.
While we can refund you for your order, we cannot refund the shipping. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: final sale/clearance items, bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories (except scarves and beach blankets).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Any items full price or on promo can be returned to original form of payment, but we do not accept final sale items to be returned.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
To return your product, you should mail your product with the FREE PREPAID LABEL attached to your shipping box/packaging. Refunds will take 8-10 business days to process and at times potentially longer.
